INTRODUCING ME

Ellenoor Shameli is a DC-based multimedia journalist who has produced many features videos for the BBC.com website and the BBC Global YouTube.

On site, her videos have received around two million playbacks; on YouTube, her video about pictures of Jupiter got more than 1.7 million views. Other videos received more than 200k views.

Her interests include politics, climate, science, and space.

She graduated from the Columbia School of Journalism in 2024, where she did her master's project on the political controversy surrounding Environmental, Social, and Governance investing.

Her undergraduate degree was from the University of Cambridge, where she studied Human, Social, and Political Sciences.
